1. Co-Formula vinyl silanes contains silyl and alkyl functional groups, which can react with both inorganic fillers and organic polymers, and can improve the compatibility of fillers and polymers. It makes better dispersion, lower melt viscosity, and easier processing of filled plastics. Thus improve its mechanical properties, electrical properties and protect the interface from moisture erosion.

2. Modify aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and other ultra-fine powder active halogen-free flame retardants with this product. It fundamentally solves the problems of agglomeration phenomenon and inadequate modification and uneven dispersion of ultra-fine particles. So that the flame retardant is widely used in wire and cable, engineering plastics, decorative materials, coatings and fabric flame retardant.

3. Co-Formula vinyl silanes can improve the adhesion of printing inks, pastes and coatings on surfaces such as glass, ceramics or metals, and has the advantage of being more cost effective than the ceramic melting process. As part of label adhesive, CFS-534 Vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane[CAS 1067-53-4] enhances the adhesion of labels on surfaces.

4. Co-Formula vinyl silane enhances the bonding of silicone rubber on polyester or glass surfaces. This bond is particularly important in high temperature applications (e.g., shipping tapes) and hot gas venting (e.g., exhaust hoses).

5. CFS-534 can be copolymerized with monomers in emulsion or coating polymers. Or CFS-534  can be grafted with reactive functional groups or unsaturated polymers to produce room temperature cross-linked waterborne and solvent-borne coatings such as acrylic latex coatings.
