Titanium Dioxide Dispersant Description
CFS-A98, Titanium Dioxide Dispersant is a hybrid modified functional organosiloxane. It can be coupled with titanium dioxide to form an irreversible chemical bond. It can disperse titanium dioxide effectively under high temperature, high viscosity and high shear conditions. The titanium dioxide treated by CFS-A98 has good compatibility with polar and non-polar systems and is suitable for almost all non-aqueous paint and ink systems. CFS-A98 can also be used in various polar plastics (such as ABS, PMMA, AS, PET, PC and PA) and non-polar polymers (such as PP/PE, thermoplastic elastomer and rubber), with excellent dispersion.
Titanium Dioxide Dispersant Application
The titanium dioxide treated by CFS-A98 can be applied to the following systems:
Non-aqueous paints and inks;
Titanium White Masterbatch;
Titanium dioxide color paste;
PVC, ABS, PMMA, AS, PET, PC, PA, polyolefin and rubber systems;

Titanium Dioxide Dispersant Storage
CFS-A98 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-A98 should be stored in its original containers and used up asap after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-A98 has a shelf life of 24 months.
The dosage of CFS-A98 is normally decided according to the specific surface area of titanium dioxide. Generally, 1-2% of the amount of titanium dioxide is enough.
Non-waterborne paints and inks:
CFS-A98 is dissolved directly in abrasive resin or solvent mixture, and then added with pigments.
Mix titanium dioxide with high mixer, add CFS-A98 to mix and stir to raise temperature to 110, and mix with other masterbatch to granulate.
Rubber and plastic products:
Plastics, additives, titanium dioxide and fillers are added to the mixer, and CFS-A98 is added to the mixer under the stirring state to meet the process requirements.
Titanium dioxide production:
CFS-A98 is proportionally put into the screw feeder of titanium dioxide filter cake through metering pump, and then mixed to flash drying for drying classification.
