Co-Formula Silane Coupling Agent for Sealant and Paint Adhesion Promoter

As a adhesion promoter, Co-Formula silane coupling agent is widely used in binders, sealants and coatings to improve their bond strength, water resistance and weathering properties. The introduction of functional Co-Formula silane coupling agents into coatings allows silanes to form interpenetrating network polymers (IPN) with the coating’s film-forming polymers or cross-link with the coating’s film-forming polymers. This promotes the wetting of the coating to the substrate and improves the adhesion of the coating. In addition, alkyl groups can improve coating film gloss, coverage, miscibility, and wettability and dispersion of pigments.
