Product characteristics and uses:

1.KH-591 Mercapto Silanes and KH-592 Mercapto Silanes are especially suitable for vulcanization of sulfur and metal oxides. They can obviously improve the properties of inorganic fillers reinforced rubber, such as tensile strength, tear strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, resilience, and compressibility, and can also improve the rheological properties of light-colored rubber. 2. KH-591 Mercapto Silanes and KH-592 Mercapto Silanes can replace general polysiloxane. In the formulation of low rolling resistance tires and rubber cots, the same performance can be achieved with a lower dosage.

It is used as a reinforcing agent and vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry. It can be used in natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, butyl ester rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene terpolymer and oil-extended rubber of these rubber. It can also be used in the compound of these rubber.

KH-Si69Mercapto Silanes effect:
