Used extensively as bond promoters in the coatings, adhesives and sealants industries to improve the adhesion between resins with amino reactivity and inorganic surfaces, plastic surfaces and inorganic fillers. These resins include, room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubbers, two-component polyurethanes, silicone modified polyurethanes, silane modified (MS) resins and two-component epoxy resins. CFS-250 is characterized by chemically versatile, randomly contributing linear and cyclic oligomeric siloxanes. It also meets the OECD definition of a polymer resin. The product's low volatility I and viscosity make the compounding process easier.
CFS-250 Propyltrimethoxysilane CAS No. 1067-25-0 [PTMO ,Z-6265, KBM-3033] produces significantly lower by-products (VOCs), while generating less odor during application.CFS-250  has improved film formation on substrates that can be defined by OECD as Polymer.

I、Benefits
Due to its unique oligomeric structure, DynasylanR1146 exhibits excellent wetting and chemical bonding properties on some substrate surfaces with poor bonding properties, while providing excellent weathering and moisture resistance.
The bis-amino functional group provides a reactive site with resins having amino reactivity, while the alkyl functional group brings hydrophobicity. Its use in silicone modified polyurethane or MS resin adhesives and sealants brings many advantages: excellent wet bonding between inorganic substrates (e.g., concrete, aluminum) and organic substrates (e.g., PVC), improved tensile strength and modulus, non-yellowing and defect-free in highly elastic product formulations.

II、Applications
CFS-250 is a universal silane that improves the performance and quality of the product. It is soluble in common organic solvents (e.g., methanol, ethanol, methyl ethyl ketone) and can be used as an additive or primer in the coatings or adhesives and sealants industries.When used as an additive, CFS-250 can eliminate some special priming steps in multiple bonding applications. The use of CFS-250 can also improve bonding in special systems such as RTV silicone rubber and hybrid silane crosslinking. CFS-250 is typically recommended at 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% relative to the overall formulation. CFS-250 can also be used in the treatment of inorganic fillers. The use of diamino and alkyl functionalized CFS-250 in blending with resin systems can result in functional inorganic fillers with unique properties.
