Applications

Phenyl silicone oil has the characteristics of ultra-low temperature resistance, ultra-high temperature resistance, low flammability, compressibility, chemical inertness, thermal stability, lubricity, and good compatibility.

Low-phenyl silicone oil is particularly suitable for highly cold-resistant occasions, while medium- phenyl and high-phenyl silicone oils have higher thermal stability and good radiation resistance, and can be used as heat treatment baths for metal products and high-temperature heating oils.

By adding carbon black, lithium soap and molybdenum disulfide, it can be processed into high- temperature resistant grease, which is applied to high-temperature fans, bearings, automobile engines and other occasions.
