Aminosilane series products are mainly used to couple organic high polymers and inorganic substances, so that the two can be chemically bonded as a whole, so as to improve various physical and mechanical properties, electrical properties, water resistance, aging resistance, etc. of the polymer.

Polymers suitable for coupling are:

1. Thermosetting resins, such as epoxy, phenolic, polyurethane, melamine, nitrile phenolic, etc.

2. Hot-melt resins, such as polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, etc.

3. Elastomer polysulfide rubber, polyurethane rubber, etc.

Amino silane coupling agent application case:

1. Applied to mineral-filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins: it can greatly improve the dry and wet flexural strength, compressive strength, shear strength, etc. of reinforced plastics Physical and mechanical properties and wet electrical properties, and improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in polymers.

2. Applied to resin sand casting: enhance the adhesion of resin silica sand, improve sand strength and moisture resistance.

3. Applied to the production of glass fiber wool and mineral wool: adding it to phenolic binder can improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.

4. Applied to polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials: improve the dispersion of pigments and improve the adhesion to glass, aluminum, iron metals, also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.

5. Applied to the synthesis of amino silicone oil and its emulsion.

6. Amino silanes are used as a finishing agent for glass fiber, and is also widely used in glass microbeads, silica, talc, mica, clay, fly ash and other silicon-containing substances.
