It can be used in hair care products. Leather brightener, automotive, furniture, floor, metal processing, polyurethane, plastic, rubber, glass, ceramics, stone, textile, paper, wood and other industries in mold release, glazing, plastic film Anti-stick action, rust prevention of metals, soft and combing additives for shampoos, defoamers for cleaning and waterproofing and water-based coatings, etc.

Application in shampoo
1. Solve the problem of astringency (that is, non-smooth feeling) at the contact part between the hair and the shampoo when wet combing (especially when the hair is half-wet and half-dry). This problem is obvious even for the famous Procter & Gamble products (this is the reason for the improper selection of silicone molecular weight distribution). The astringency generally disappears when the hair is first dry, and it is clearly manifested in the noon and afternoon of the next day, and it persists after that, which is very unpleasant. This is the major drawback of current shampoos. This problem cannot be solved even with Momentive's EMU-120.
2. It has a significant conditioning and conditioning effect, making the hair have a unique silky soft feeling, soft and elastic, and the hair is not greasy, suitable for long-term use. Long-term use can keep the hair uniquely silky soft and super-structured, unlike other silicone oils, which start to soften and harden after multiple uses.
3. The formula requirements are loose and not harsh. Some silicone oils require very harsh conditions (very precise amount of surfactant and cationic polymer) and the effect is not so good.
To make hair soft, silicones with a specific molecular weight distribution must act on the hair in a specific environment, and it is this "specific" condition that we have studied for many years. Certain cationic quaternary ammonium polymers also provide long-lasting softness to hair, but are much less effective than silicones. Only silicones with a specific molecular weight distribution can exert a super rational and soft feeling on the hair. If you want to pursue the perfect soft feeling of the hair, the silicone control must be strict! Foam interferes the most with the distribution and action of silicone on the hair. And this "special environment" is nothing more than the use of silicone in a certain concentration of surfactants in combination with the cationic polymer of the one. We recommend high quality cationic polymers such as Rhodia's Guar Gum C14S and Cationic Cellulose.
application in food
Food grade emulsified silicone oil is a silicone defoamer mainly composed of methyl polysiloxane (silicone oil), and is a milky white liquid emulsified by adding a dispersing auxiliary.

Food grade emulsified silicone oil properties:
1. It is a non-polar compound and does not interact with water or substances with polar genes, so it has a strong defoaming effect and a very low dosage.
2. The chemical properties are stable, and the secondary dew gas does not gel, nor does it interact with the product.
3. It has high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, and can fully exert its defoaming effect in high temperature conditions, acidic and alkaline media.
4. Incombustibility.
5. Low toxicity, no toxicity is proved by domestic and foreign clinical trials. The United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, France and other countries are legally designated as defoaming agents for the food chemical industry.
