1. Silane coupling agent A-112 is used as RTV silicone resin and mixed silane crosslinking sealant

When used as silylated polyurethane polymer, the silane can significantly improve the adhesion to a series of plastics by using spursm technology.


2. Silane coupling agent A-112 as polysulfide sealant


Adding single and two-component polysulfide sealant, silane coupling agent A-112 provides good adhesion for a variety of substrates, including glass, aluminum and steel. The general dosage of silane coupling agent A-112 is 0.5-1.0% of the weight of sealant. The product has good dispersibility and can obtain cohesive cracking instead of interfacial cracking.


In addition, the use of silane coupling agent A-112 can eliminate the primer that can promote the adhesion between the coating and the coating surface.


3. Silane coupling agent A-112 is used as a plastic paste sealant


A silane coupling agent is used to improve the sealant. When processing plastic paste sealants, silane coupling agent A-112 (0.5-1.5%) is used as an adhesive, which can replace polyurethane compounds to improve the adhesion to metal substrates. In addition to increasing the adhesive strength, the appearance of the plastic paste sealant modified by silane is better than that of polyurethane adhesive. The plastic paste modified by silane coupling agent A-112 is very light in color and has no bubbles after curing.

Silane coupling agent A-112 is used as an additive for phenolic and epoxy molding compounds, which can reduce the absorption of water by the molded composite material.
