It is widely used in high-vacuum diffusion pumps, providing high-performance diffusion pump oil with a high content (>98.0%).
It features high thermal oxidation stability, low viscosity coefficient, narrow boiling point range, steep vapor pressure curve, low vapor pressure at room temperature, and low freezing point.
In addition, it has chemical stability, being non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive, thus being widely applied.
